Zumba Fitness
This class takes a break for the summer but will return in the fall!
Zumba is a dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is fun, easy and effective. Anyone can do it!
