14-17 must have parent waiver signed.
14-15 cannot enter facility during unstaffed hours unless they have parent or legal guardian with them. Each minor is allowed only one other waiver (besides parents) signed by an adult of 18+.
16 must leave at 10pm during unstaffed hours unless accompanied by adult.
17 must leave by 12am during unstaffed hours unless accompanied by adult.
